Did you receive a Letter about the First Time Home Buyer Credit?
IRS is notifying taxpayers who claimed the first-time homebuyer credit. There are different IRS letters for different situations including purchase of a home in 2008, 2009 or 2010, repayment schedule for homes purchased in 2008 or the sale or change in the use of the main home.
